Off-white free-flowing powder with a light creamy aroma of vanilla.
Add egg and butter to make a quick, easy-to-prepare vanilla cake. Product may be baked either in an oven toaster or in a conventional oven.
The main ingredients of this product are Sugar, enriched wheat flour, leavening agents, milk solids, stabilizers and emulsifiers, natural and artificial food flavours, food acid and salt.
Moisture Content : 10.0% max.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1. For every 200g mix, add:
• 2 eggs
• 4 Tbsp Butter (50g)
• 1/3 c. water (80g)
2. Cream butter in a bowl.
3. Blend in eggs and water.
4. Add the cake mix and beat under medium speed for about 1 – 2 minutes.
5. Pour into a greased pan.
For oven toaster, bake for about 7 – 10 minutes.
For conventional oven, bake 30 – 40 minutes at 350ºF or until done.
SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE
6 months in unopened bags, in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
