Vanilla bean flavour 1127 nat. na-ws
A light brownish coloured liquid with a strong aromatic vanilla bean extract aroma.
Specific gravity at 25ēC : 1.041 1.046
This flavour imparts a full bodied vanilla taste to end products. It is a strong flavour designed for bakery applications.
Biscuits/wafers : 0.2 0.25% w/w.
Cakes/desserts : 0.2% w/w.
Ice-cream : 0.2% w/w of base.
Beverage especially with dairy : 0.1 0.2% w/w. or chocolate and cereal base
This flavour is compounded from Co2 extracted Vanilla oleoresin and fortified with natural vanillin dissolved in a solvent system of Propylene Glycol USP and deionised water. It is free from alcohol and therefore, suitable for Halal and Kosher declaration and certification.
This flavour is classified as natural flavour for all countries.
Keep sealed in original container in a cool dark place away from direct sunlight best kept at 18ēC. This flavour improves with ageing - stable for 2 years.
