Vanilla Extract Natural Flavour SFF 0105 NA-WS
A dark coloured liquid with a aromatic balsamic sweetness typical of Vanilla Extract from natural beans.
Specific gravity at 25 deg C : 1.170 – 1.175
This flavour reproduces the aroma and flavour of single fold Vanilla Bourbon extract which has a natural Vanillin content of between 1.5% w/w – 2.0% w/w. However, this Vanilla extract has been fortified with natural Vanillin to give a total Vanillin content of 5.0% w/w in order to improve the total flavour perception and aromatic sweetness. It gives overall value for money in terms of application dosage with superior flavour taste. Recommended dosage for the following applications are given below:
•All dairy related beverage with chocolate, coffee, malt, etc:
0.2 – 0.3% w/w in RTD.
0.5% w/w in ice-cream mix.
•Cakes, biscuits, etc:
0.5 – 1.0% w/w of batter wt.
0.3 – 0.5% w/w of base.
The flavour is compounded from carbon extracted Oleoresin from natural Bourbon Vanilla beans and fortified with natural vanillin with Propylene Glycol, deionised water and Glycerine as solvent.
This flavour is classified as natural flavour for all countries.
Keep sealed in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
