Vanilla Powder Flavour 1126 Natural
A white free flowing colourless powder with creaminess and a full aromatic sweetness of natural vanillin. There is slight dark specking due to the present of natural vanillin extract powder.
Bulk density at 25ºC : 0.783 – 0.788
This flavour imparts superior fullness and sweetness to the traditional application of NI vanillin like in ice-cream, biscuit, cakes, milk chocolate and confectionery products.
The recommended dosage for most applications is 0.2 – 0.25% w/w of base.
This flavour is compounded from natural vanillin, boosted with natural vanillin extract and natural lactones with Dextrose Monohydrate as carrier.
This flavour is classified as natural flavour for all countries.
STORAGE/ SHELF LIFE
Keep sealed in original packing in a cool dark place. Best kept at 20 -25ºC. This flavour is stable for at least 2 years. If flavour is exposed to light, direct sunlight or electric light, it will cause a yellowish colour to develop. Therefore, keep away from direct light.
