Egg Baked Powder Flavour 8127
APPLICATION
This flavour was developed as an economical, convenient and hygienic product to replace fresh or liquid homogenised eggs. This flavour imparts complete baked egg flavour which is required in all bakery products like biscuits, cakes, wafers, egg rolls, egg custard, kaya jams, etc. In ice-cream formulation, egg is also incorporated so this flavour is also suitable. The recommended dose is between 0.3 ˇV 0.5% w/w of base.

LEGAL STATUS
This flavour was developed using natural spray dried egg powder with VKˇ¦s creative cocktail of aroma ingredients which we call the VKˇ¦s ˇ§magicˇ¨ to give a total ready baked egg flavour. All ingredients are FEMA GRAS.

Certificate of analysis carrier is Dextrose Monohydrate no artificial colouring added.

It is classified as nature-identical flavour for most countries. (Made from natural eggs powder with other nature identical aroma chemicals).

STORAGE
Keep sealed in original packing in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Optimum temperature at 18„aC - 20„aC. This product is stable for 1 year.

PACKING
15kg high barrier bag packed in an outer carton.
