BUTTER FRESH CREAMY FLAVOUR 1198 Nat.NA-WS
APPLICATION
This flavour is ideal for replacing or boosting flavour fresh creamy butter with numerous applications being water soluble:
• Non-dairy butter : 0.07 - 0.1% w/w of base.
• Bread : 0.1% w/w of dough weight.
• Cream fillings : 0.05 – 0.1% w/w of base.
• Milk & milk shakes : 0.05% w/w of base.
• Milk chocolate : 0.05 - 0.1% w/w of base.
• Coffee cream : 0.05% w/w of base.
COMPOSITION
The base of this flavour is the distillate of cultured and fermented dairy concentrates in order to produce the pure fresh dairy flavour. Other natural flavour added (WONF) to strengthen and define creamy profiles. The solvent is Propylene Glycol USP.
