APPLICATION
This product is a 1 to 1 replacement for full cream milk powder in terms of flavour, mouthfeel and appearance. Therefore, it is a direct full cream milk powder (26% Butter Fat) substitute in every application. Note: For quick organoleptic evaluation, use 3% w/w in hot water.
