BUTTER OIL VEGETARIAN VK
APPLICATION
This product is designed to replace dairy butter oil and the recommended dosage is 1% w/w of dough weight or batter.
The recommended application is as follows:
• Cakes.
• Bread.
• Biscuits.
• Waffer biscuits.
• Shortening for baking dosage of 5% w/w.
• Margarine for spreading dosage of 0.3% w/w.
COMPOSITION
This product is compounded from Palm Olein, antioxidant and trace nature identical aroma ingredients which are FEMA GRAS.

Colour Golden yellow
Moisture impurities % 0.1% max
Iodine value (WIJS method) 51 – 53
Peroxide value (Meg/kg) 2.0 max

STORAGE/SHELF LIFE
Keep sealed in original packing in a cool place optimum (180C) stable for 2 years. Normal temperature 220C – 280C and stable for 1 year.
