Butter Oil Vegetarian VK
APPLICATION
This product is designed to replace dairy butter oil and the recommended dosage is 1% w/w of dough weight or batter.

The recommended application is as follows:

Cakes.
Bread.
Biscuits.
Waffer biscuits.
Shortening for baking dosage of 5% w/w.
Margarine for spreading dosage of 0.3% w/w.

COMPOSITION

This product is compounded from Palm Olein, antioxidant and trace nature identical aroma ingredients which are FEMA GRAS.

STORAGE/SHELF LIFE

Keep sealed in original packing in a cool place optimum (180C) stable for 2 years. Normal temperature 220C 280C and stable for 1 year.
