CHEESE CHEDDAR MATURE VEGETARIAN VK
APPLICATION
This product is designed to replace dairy cheese and the recommended dosage is 1% w/w of dough or batter weight.
The recommended application is as follows:
• Cake
• Bread
• Savoury biscuits, snacks
• Shortening for baking dosage of 5% w/w
• Margarine for cheese spread dosage of 0.3% w/w
COMPOSITION
This product is compounded from Palm Olein, antioxidant and trace nature identical aroma ingredients which are FEMA GRAS.

Colour Golden yellow
Moisture impurities 0.1% max
Iodine value (WIJS method) 46 – 49
Peroxide value (Meg/kg) 2.0 max
Flavour Pungent mature cheddar
STORAGE/SHELF LIFE
Keep sealed in original packing in a cool place optimum (180C) stable for 2 years. Normal temperature 220C – 280C and stable for 1 year.
