Suitable for numerous applications like : a) Salmon balls, rolls : 0.05 % - 0.10 % w/w b) Savoury cream filling : 0.05 % - 0.10 % w/w c) Sauces, soups : 0.05 % - 0.10 % w/w d) Fish feed : 0.50 % -1.0 % w/w of feed base LEGAL STATUS This flavour is compounded from nature-identical aroma chemicals which are FEMA GRAS. The solvents are a mixture of Canola oil and Propylene Glycol USP. CLASSIFICATION It is classified as a nature-identical flavour for all countries. STORAGE Keep sealed in original container in a cool place away from direct sunlight. It is stable for two years.
