A white to off-white coloured powder with strong, rich and creamy aroma and taste of natural vanilla extract.

This flavour gives a full-bodied vanilla taste with lingering aromatic richness and sweet resinous background. This flavour is highly recommended for flavouring premium products such as bakery, confectioneries, dairy and chocolate products.

1. Cream the butter, vegetable shortening and icing sugar until fluffy.
2. Add the water. Beat well.
3. Add the recommended flavour. Mix well.
4. Refrigerate the dough for 10 minutes.
5. Roll/cut in grease proof/baking paper.
6. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180ēC until the cookies are pale cream in colour.
