Vegetarian Meat Flavour P500
A dark brown coloured thick paste with a distinctive meaty flavour and taste.
Specific gravity at 25ºC: 1.208 - 1.218
Take note that at 0.1% w/w of Vegetarian Meat Flavour P500 + 0.35% salt solution, the distinctive meaty aroma and taste can be detected. It is up to the customers to try and experiment at their end, and recommended dosage is at 0.1% - 0.2% w/w.
This flavour is designed for flavouring meatballs, sausage and texturised vegetable protein and gluten products. In soup such as in the oil sachet for instant noodles - normally, in instant noodle powder spice, it is 6 - 8 sachet and the above flavour should be used at 0.5g – 1.0g in 2g of oil in another sachet. The final dosage is 0.1% - 0.2% in 450ml of soup.
This flavour is compounded from natural Dark Soy Sauce developed by VK Aromatics International and nature-identical flavour ingredients which are FEMA GRAS. It is suitable for vegetarian food. It does not consist of any meat extractives.
This flavour is classified as natural and nature-identical for all countries.
Keep sealed in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. It is stable for two years. Shake well before use.
