Vanilla flavour 1025 na-ws
A colourless slightly off white liquid with a strong sweet aroma of vanillin. This is the liquid water-soluble version of Vanilla Powder 1025. The aroma seems weaker than the powder products because of surface area and vapour pressure consideration.
Specific gravity at 25 deg C : 1.090 - 1.094
This flavour gives more than vanillin type taste. It is actually Vanillin and Ethyl Vanillin plus creamy dairy taste. This flavour is developed for all food products where a rich vanilla flavour is desired at VFM prices. (VFM means value for money in terms of dosage in the final application).
It is particularly good in all bakery products such as biscuits, cookies, cakes, sugar confectioneries such as toffees, milk candies, chocolate products, ice-cream, yoghurt and milk shakes. It is heat stable and therefore suitable for all bakery applications.
• 0.1% w/w of dough weight or cake batter or base.
• 0.1% w/w in ice-cream mix.
• 0.05% w/w in beverage e.g. in chocolate drinks, milk shakes and cereal drinks.
• 0.1% w/w in toffee and chocolate confectioneries.
The main ingredients of this flavour are Vanillin, Ethyl Vanillin, Maltol, Gamma and Delta Lactones and other trace aroma substances which are FEMA GRAS. Therefore, it gives a fuller flavour by comparison to Vanillin alone. The solvent system is Propylene Glycol USP and water deionised.
It is classified as artificial flavour in all countries.
Keep sealed in a cool place away from direct sunlight. This flavour improves with storage and is stable for at least one year.
