Vanilla cream flavour 5069
A viscous liquid with a light yellowish appearance and a rich creamy vanilla aroma. This flavour is pourable at room temperature of 25 degree C. However, at temperature below 20 degree C, it may become firmly set into a gel. As this flavour is packed in a wide mouth plastic pail of 20kg or 10kg, it is therefore easily dispensable by weight and easily miscible with the base product to be flavoured by simple mixing.
Specific gravity at 25 deg C : 1.036 - 1.038
This is a 2-in-1 flavour i.e. vanilla and fresh cream. It gives dairy cream richness to most reconstituted milk products made from spray dried milk powder. The recommended dosage is as follows:
• Cakes : 0.2% in cake mix.
• Cream Fillings : 0.2% in fat base.
• Ice Cream : 0.2% w/w of ice-cream mix.
• Milk Chocolate : 0.2% of base.
• Reconstituted Milk : 0.2% w/w of milk.
• Toffee : 0.2% of base.
• Vanilla Cookies : 0.25% of dough weight.
• Wafer Biscuits : 0.25% of dough weight.
This flavour is compounded from nature-identical flavour ingredients which are FEMA GRAS with natural carrageenan gum as carrier.
This flavour is classified as nature-identical for all countries with this category, otherwise it is classified as artificial flavour.
