Vanilla extract sauce natural 1101
A dark brown viscous coloured liquid with a sweet aromatic spicy aroma of natural Bourbon Vanilla Extract.
Specific gravity at 25 deg C : 1.280 - 1.285
This natural vanilla sauce is designed to enhance numerous end products both beverage and food items. It is simply added by ½ or 1 teaspoon according to the quantity of the end product to be flavoured. The technical dosage is 1% w/w in most applications.
• 1 scoop of ice-cream – add ¼ teaspoon.
• 2 scoops of ice-cream – add ½ teaspoon.
• Desserts e.g. Tiramisu – add ½ teaspoon per cup.
• 1 slice of cake – ½ teaspoon.
• For beverage: 1 cup of milk shakes, hot chocolate, milk chocolate, milk, coffee & milk – add ½ teaspoon.
• Jellie cup – add ½ teaspoon.
• 1 bowl of fruit salad or 1 can 350gm to 500gm – add 1 teaspoon.
Note: There is no cane sugar in this vanilla sauce. Therefore, if your end product is not sweet enough e.g. chocolate milk, you have to add your own sugar to taste.
This product contains natural Vanilla Bourbon extract fortified with natural vanillin with Sorbitol as solvent.
This flavour is classified as natural flavour for all countries.
Keep sealed in a cool place away from direct sunlight.

• 5kg plastic container packed in a carton of 4 x 5kg.
• 250gm PET bottle in a carton of 6 x 250gm in a large outer carton of 10 packs = 15kg nett. wt.
